Maison de Valérie

Maison de Valérie is a spacious 150 m² holiday home arranged over three floors. With its large living area, terrace, wood-burning stove and two separate sleeping areas, it can accommodate up to 6 guests and is particularly well suited to families or groups of friends.

On the ground floor, a large open-plan living space combines the lounge with its wood-burning stove, the dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. It opens onto a terrace where you can enjoy the peace and quiet and the green surroundings of the Domaine.

The bedrooms are located on the upper floors. There are two bedrooms, each with a 160 cm double bed and its own bathroom. A sofa bed in the living room can accommodate two additional guests. The house also has three toilets.

Guests have access to the outdoor areas of the Domaine, a 2-hectare property made up of several beautifully renovated historic granite buildings.

Dogs are welcome. Bed linen and end-of-stay cleaning are included. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the accommodation.

Gîte du Balcon

Located within the Domaine des 4 Chouettes in Varouville, Gîte du Balcon is a charming renovated apartment with a private entrance from its terrace, overlooking the surrounding greenery.

Inside, you will find a bright living area with a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable lounge area, as well as a shower room with toilet.

A 160 cm double bed is located on the mezzanine.

A washing machine is available and shared with two neighbouring apartments.

Guests also have access to the shared courtyard, garden and landscaped grounds of the Domaine des 4 Chouettes.

Dogs are welcome.

Gîte du Pressoir

Located in the former granary of the farm’s press building, Gîte du Pressoir is a spacious 65 m² holiday home that has retained the character of the original building while offering a bright and comfortable interior.

The large open-plan living area combines a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a slightly raised lounge, creating a pleasant sense of space with open views of the surrounding grounds.

The bedroom has a 160 cm double bed, which can be separated into two 80 cm single beds on request. A sofa bed in the living room can accommodate up to two additional guests.

The gîte also features a shower room, separate toilet, dishwasher and private washing machine.

Guests have access to the outdoor areas of the Domaine des 4 Chouettes, a 2-hectare property made up of several beautifully renovated historic granite buildings.

La Maison des Cochons

La Maison des Cochons is a former granite pigsty that has been completely renovated and converted into a charming 45 m² holiday home. It has retained much of its original character and benefits from two small private courtyards.

The living area includes a lounge, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. The sleeping area is located on the mezzanine and features a 160 cm double bed.

The house also has a shower room, dishwasher and private washing machine.

To preserve the original character of the building, the old door openings have been retained. Please note that the entrance doors are only 1.60 m high.

Maison de Marie

Maison de Marie is a charming 50 m² semi-detached granite house for two guests, located within the Domaine des 4 Chouettes.

On the ground floor, the bright living area combines a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and comfortable lounge.

Upstairs, the bedroom features a 160 cm double bed, which can be separated into two 80 cm single beds on request. The shower room is accessed directly from the bedroom, while the toilet is separate.

The house opens onto a courtyard shared with Maison de Louise. Guests also have access to the garden and outdoor areas of the Domaine des 4 Chouettes, a 2-hectare property made up of several beautifully renovated historic granite buildings.

A washing machine is available in a shared utility area and is shared with two neighbouring accommodations.

Maison de Louise

Maison de Louise is a spacious 100 m² house arranged over three floors and can accommodate up to 5 guests. It is particularly well suited to families or groups of friends.

The ground floor features a comfortable living area with a lounge, dining space and fully equipped kitchen.

On the first floor, there is a large bedroom with a 160 cm double bed, which can be separated into two 80 cm single beds on request. The bedroom has its own shower room with toilet.

On the second floor, beneath the eaves, a second bedroom has three 80 cm single beds, two of which can be joined together to form a 160 cm double bed. This bedroom also has its own shower room with toilet.

This flexible sleeping arrangement makes the house easy to adapt to different group sizes and family configurations.

Maison de Louise opens onto a shared courtyard with Maison de Marie and Gîte du Balcon. Each accommodation has its own private entrance.

A washing machine is available in a shared utility area and is shared between these three accommodations.

The original wooden staircases, typical of small farmhouses in the northern Cotentin, have been preserved and are relatively steep. The house may therefore not be suitable for guests with reduced mobility.

Private Hire of the Domaine

For family gatherings, get-togethers with friends or professional events, the Domaine des 4 Chouettes can be booked in whole or in part, depending on the size of your group and your requirements.

The Domaine can accommodate up to 20 guests in its various holiday homes and offers access to the shared areas of the property.

This flexible arrangement allows you to organise a private stay, a family gathering, a group holiday or a professional event in a peaceful setting in the heart of the Val de Saire.

Located a 10-minute walk from the sea via a pedestrian path and 15 minutes from Barfleur, the house is made of granite typical of the Val de Saire and has been completely renovated.

It includes:
A ground floor with a large living/dining room, a small but comfortable kitchen, a veranda opening onto a terrace and a private garden with a charcoal barbecue and garden table.
The first floor comprises two bedrooms, one with a double bed (160cm) and the second with two single beds (80cm) that can be joined together. There is also a bathroom with a shower.
Two toilets, one on the ground floor and one upstairs.

The house benefits from a fibre internet connection and a television connected to the internet.

The parking lot is shared with two other cottages and can accommodate one car per cottage.

Linen is included and beds are made up in a configuration of 1 double bed and 2 single beds, please let us know if you would like 2 double beds.

The adjoining house can also be rented to double the accommodation capacity. (Black Cat House)
