Accommodation

Located a 10-minute walk from the sea via a pedestrian path and 15 minutes from Barfleur, the house is made of granite typical of the Val de Saire and has been completely renovated.

It includes:
A ground floor with a large living/dining room, a small but comfortable kitchen, a veranda opening onto a terrace and a private garden with a charcoal barbecue and garden table.
The first floor comprises two bedrooms, one with a double bed (160cm) and the second with two single beds (80cm) that can be joined together. There is also a bathroom with a shower.
Two toilets, one on the ground floor and one upstairs.

The house benefits from a fibre internet connection and a television connected to the internet.

The parking lot is shared with two other cottages and can accommodate one car per cottage.

Linen is included and beds are made up in a configuration of 1 double bed and 2 single beds, please let us know if you would like 2 double beds.
